Mark is the director of MSDS Marine and has been running the company since 2011. Mark specialises in the management of diving projects and geophysical and hydrographic data collection, processing and interpretation.
Alison is a Project Manager for MSDS Marine with extensive experience in the management of historic shipwreck sites, volunteer involvement, community engagement and education initiatives.
Sally has worked with and for MSDS Marine for a number of years and project manages most of our desk based and research projects. Sally specialises in Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) works and GIS projects.
Tom joined MSDS Marine in 2017 as a field maritime archaeologist, diver and diving instructor. Tom specialises in underwater survey, project based GIS and finds recording and handling.
Kim is a recent graduate in conservation practice and following a placement on the Rooswijk project has now joined MSDS Marine. Kim has worked on a number of archaeological conservation projects.
Nicole is a recent graduate in maritime archaeology and following a placement on the Rooswijk project has now joined MSDS Marine. Nicole has worked on a number of archaeological diving projects.
Rodrigo has been working on MSDS Marine diving and survey projects since 2013 and is now a core member of the team. Rodrigo specialises in 3D recording and visualisation using photogrammetry.
Giacomo is part of the MSDS commercial dive team and a trainee technician for both MSDS and our sister company Go-Dive. He has a keen interest in shipwrecks and archaeology in the UK and Italy.
Charlotte provides vital administrative support to MSDS Marine. She comes from a background in boat building, logistical planning and technical support for ocean rowers.
