We offer our employees the following as standard:

  • Competitive salary range in line with CIfA salary guidelines (appointments will be made on the basis of demonstrated ability, previous experience and CIfA membership as appropriate)
  • A 4 day, 30 hour, working week with no loss of pay compared to a 5 day equivalent

There are standards of conduct with which MSDS Marine require our employees to comply with. All employees must at all times:

  • Act with integrity and professionalism in carrying out their responsibilities
  • Ensure their behaviours will not risk bringing MSDS Marine into disrepute whether in or out of the office
  • Abide by the Regulations, Standards and Guidelines developed by the Chartered Institute for Archaeologists at all times
  • Act with due skill, care, safety and diligence in carrying out their responsibilities
  • Observe proper standards of conduct in carrying out their duties
  • Deal with the management of MSDS Marine and its clients in an open and co-operative manner
  • Co-operate with external regulators and bodies in the appropriate manner
